Nearest delivery partner is assigned to your order (5-8 minutes).
Step 4: Food Preparation
Restaurant prepares your food items (15-25 minutes).
Step 5: Pickup & Delivery
Delivery partner picks up and delivers to your location (15-30 minutes).

6. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate, complete address with landmarks

- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
7. Failed Deliveries
Circumstances for failed delivery:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at delivery location
- Inaccessible location (gated communities without access)
- Customer refuses to accept delivery
- Safety concerns at delivery location
Procedure for failed deliveries:
- Delivery partner will attempt to contact you 3 times
- If unreachable, order will be returned to restaurant
- Refund processed as per refund policy
- Delivery charges may not be refundable
