• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Minimum order value may apply

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Platform
• Additional charges may apply for delivery and taxes

• Delivery delays due to external factors are not our responsibility

• At our discretion with 30 days notice

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• First attempt: Contact customer support
• Second attempt: Senior management escalation
• Final resolution: Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Internet outages
• Labor strikes
• Pandemics or epidemics

15. Severability
